The Shakes 200

Finally finished my 91 engine into my 87 240 swap. Started right up and runs pretty well, but the engine shakes at idle and you can hear a miss in the exhaust. I checked the wires, new cap and rotor, new plugs. When I did the swap, I installed a new harness. The injectors are from the older engine as well as the other fuel components. I cleaned the throttle body and MAF. The car has great power, just idles terribly. I don't have a timing light, so I adjusted the timing by ear. Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated.
