B16 Electronic Ignition? 444-544 1958

Does anyone know if there is an electronic ignition option/add-on available for the B16B? I see something here at 123ignition but I'm not sure if it is a real product yet. The description is:
"123-VOLVO-B16-B14-B4B är en ny tändningsmodul som passar samtliga 4B4, B14 och B16 4-cylinder Volvo förgasar bil och båt (Volvo-Penta) motorer . Det är inte bara ett brytarlöst system utan ersätter befintlig fördelare helt och har de olika tändningskurvorna till dessa motorer inprogrammerat plus extra kurvor för etanol (E85) och LPG (motorgas)."
I have contacted 123ignition to find out more.
