Weber DGV stumble after modifications 120-130 1968

I've been trying to tune my Weber DGV around a slew of changes in my engine and exhaust system. This car came with the DGV conversion from the previous owner and the carb seemed to do alright with the B18. In April I got swapped in a rebuilt B20 that was bored to B20 spec, with big valve FI head, isky sport cam, and a reconditioned Bosch distributor. This new setup retained the DGV and exhaust system from the previous incarnation, which of course was limiting the engine's potential. I found that enriching the mixture a bit at least kept it running and driveable, and there was no stumble.

Last week I replaced the exhaust system, mounting a dual downpipe exhaust manifold from a FI B20, and installing the Skandix sport exhaust kit. All of that turned out well, but with the new found free flow out the back, the carb really needed some adjustment to the jetting.

To prep, it's got new plugs, valves adjusted to spec, and the ignition timing seems to be happy with 20° advance. I have an assortment of jets to swap in, and I did some changes to the jetting per procedures from the VClassics Weber conversion tech article by Phil S. I get a good idle and good power, but it still stumbles when hitting the gas from a standstill...response beyond that is great.

I'm still not quite sure I have the right jetting combo, but it seems close. Jetting right now is as follows:

Primary Main: .145
Secondary Main: .140
Primary Idle: .055
Secondary Idle: .065

Any suggestions on where to adjust or how to better troubleshoot?

PS...Based on the good things I've been hearing, I've had plans on ditching the DGV in favor of the VPerformance dual Mikuni's. That's a bit of money to be putting down that I don't have just yet, so I'm trying to make due with what I gots in the meantime. :)
