Reset check engine light on 960? 900

hi all...

My 1993 960 is usually a little sputtery first thing in the morning, maybe it has a problem with the choke. I usually let it idle for 30 seconds before I drive off and its fine, I can live with that.

One morning I drove off immediatelly and it started sputtering and shuddering and the check engine light came on, after 30 seconds it ran well again as normal.

I am looking for a way to reset the check engine light to see if it comes on again or if it was just caused by that one-off misfiring episode.

I found a how-to on line using the jumpers for an 850, but it did not work on my 960, anyone help me out?

Cheers
Murph
