740 Horn button problem I can't solve???? 700 1992

I've got the same problem with my horn. I've done all the same things. Everything in the column looks good, there's volts where there should be and both buttons work fine. What fixes mine is to loosen and retighten the 10 mm bolt under the column that goes up into the dash. Appears to be some sort of grounding problem. This fix only seems to last a few months but it is rather easy.
