93 240 wagon dash board warning lights 200

The turn signal fuses blew a couple of times, I have checked the wiring, replaced bulbs and tighten socket connections at the rear. On the first test when steping on the brake, the left rear running light would go out and no brake light would come on. Right brake light okay and third brake light okay. I reseated the bulb, and now everything is okay except all the dash board warning lights won't go off. Is there a master reset? I disconnected the battery and pulled all the fuses but problem still exists, any suggestions.

Thanks
