Headlight/running lightswitch question 900

My 1995 940 turbo wagon headlight switch has the instrument/parking/headlights on in all positions. I pulled the switch. It is a four-tab switch but the socket has 5 connections. I got a switch from the boneyard but it has 6-tabs. When I installed it I got normal 740 type(no running lights) operation.

I would like to set it up like my 1996 850. The "off" position would be the "running light" with the headlamps only on. The middle position would be the Parking lights only and the "on" position would be the normal everything on(including the dash lights).

Is anyone familar enough with the various headlamp wiring schemes in the 90's to help? Any diagrams with wire colors would save me a tremendous amount to time. All of my diagrams are for 1990 and earlier 700 series.
