Rear window heater delay relay location? 900

Oh boy, the 900 is just enough different from the 700 series to give me fits. My rear window heater stays on all the time when the switch is on. My 700's had an elongated switch with a timer built in. My owners manual(940) says it should switch off after 12 min., it does not. I pulled the switch, there does not appear to be any built in delay and the relay (at least where it would be on a 700) location is empty, but does have wiring.

Anyone know where it is located? I am sure it would not operate at all if the relay was pulled from the socket in the fuse block. It is a 1995 945 turbo wagon.
