Bad strut mount, replace bearing or entire assembly? 900 1993

Shame on me for not changing my strut mount bearings when I re-did the front end with new struts, ball joints, tie rod ends, and bushings. (3 months ago) I am getting popping noises under the hood when executing sharp turns while moving very slowly.

Strut mounts right?? FCP groton sells the SKF bearing only, or they sell the entire mount, bearing and washer. The bearing in the kit is 'INA'.

What should I go with? Do I need to take it apart to find out?

Also, is there any way to get the tie rod ends off without destroying the rubber boot. Last time I used a pickle fork and tore the rubber boots. ALthough they were being replaced last time, I'd rather not have to get another alignment when I do the strut mounts this time around.

Thanks in advance,

matt
