swaping AC from one car to another 200

I just bought a near perfect 79' 240. The engine has been badly overheated, I hope the only damage is a blown head gasket and warped head.
The car does not have AC. My current 240 does have AC and I want to swap it over to the "new" car (along with all of the other good parts.) How much work am I looking at. The "new" car also needs a new heater core so all of that work is going to be done anyway. The car is worth a lot of work as it has spent it's entire life in a garage and has less that 100K miles on it, it actually looks like a new car.
Thanks.
