Exhaust manifold gasket replacement question 900 1994

Hi All
I have removed 8 exhaust manifold nuts. I sprayed for two days prior w/penetrants so it wasnt bad. They dont look terrible, I suppose I will reuse unless someone thinks strongly otherwise. A couple questions as the manifold doesnt seem to want to pull back far enough to let me get old gaskets out or new gaskets in. Do I have to remove the EGR tubing from rear of manifold? Disconnect begining of exhaust pipe from base of manifold? Or do I just pry from somewhere(suggestions of where please) and hope for the best? I have plenty of time as its my extra vehicle.
Thanks for the help
Matt
