Miss under boost 200 1983

I may have come up with a diagnosis for my B21FT which exhibits a miss under even moderate boost. Using some tips from BBoard members, I measured the current draw for the main and in-tank pump. The Main shows about 9.5 A which is normal. The in-tank pump shows zero which shows it's not running. However, when I cross term #5, the in-tank fuse with term #7, the feed for the main pump, it indicates 2.5 A which is normal for that pump. Am I lookiong at a fuel pump relay? My Volvo shop manuals show relay on the exteme left side of the dash. Can anyone point more directly at it?

Thanks
