UP ARROW Dash light (94 940T) 900

I'm sure the dash lights are supposed to be easily deciphered. However, my 940 came to me without an owners manual. My initial post was about the turbocharger being involved in smoking up the neighborhood. Yesterday, I took the oil return line off the turbo and cleaned the copious amounts of sludge out of it.

Upon running it further, there is great improvement. Yet, it seems there may still be a problem, or just a great amount of oil still in the exhaust. Additionally, a new idiot light is illuminating the dash.

The question: What is the 'UP ARROW' light on the dash and what does it signal?
