Yes, The F-150 is a 5 x 127mm (5 x 5") I think that goes all the way back to Model A's!! The sources I've been using show the current production (2000- up), show the full sized RWD Ford passenger cars are still using the age old 5x114.3mm (5x4.5"). Standard backspace is 20 mm.

I just haven't found a steel one used to try it out yet. I'm cheap!! But I like these if I confirm the "fitment":
