Effect of Low Compression on MPG 700 1989

I am curious about the method that was used to determine that your engine is 30% under on the compression test and was it on all four cylinders? If it is uniformly off across the board, I doubt that the block is in question and would look at the head, i.e, valve timing, leakage, throttle opening during test, etc. You are going to be asked all of this anyway when you go to court so it is worth a look into.

Regards,
