Effect of Low Compression on MPG 700 1989

even with all this, I thought you said your mpg was 15...
And probable mpg is ~22.
So... that doesn't really fit the idea of 44%.
Plus the shop is in liquidation, so I doubt you could find a way to get any damages.
I would be more concerned by the gas escaping into your oil and causing more wear and problems.
