Just installed Sachs rears myself - love them.

But then, the shocks I took off were, *shudder*, the originals. They didn't even attmept to uncompress.

Can't wait to get some time to install the Sachs struts too. Gary, you were right; they're responsive, but a smooth ride on these, "impecably maintained Virginia roads."
