Air filters for FI 164 140-160 1975

It is supposed to be for any FI 164. Is this the real deal? My car has a NAPA filter which seems to fit correctly for the same price, but without the $7 shipping cost. Should I stick with NAPA or try an OEM? Any suggestions are welcome.
