My wife's '88 240 wagon has 230,000. The clutch engages with the pedal about an inch from the floor,ie with the pedal all the way down and the clutch disengaged, you only have to release the pedal about an inch for the clutch to engage. Can I make any adjustment to get the clutch to engage further from the floor - or has the cable stretched?
