Gas Gauge for 1995 940 900 1995

The gas gauge on the instrument panel stopped working. At first it was showing close to empty and staying there, but then I filled the car up and the gas gauge went to full and has stayed there for the past two weeks. Just wondering if there is a fuse that has anything to do with it, or how can I fix it? I appreciate any suggestions or assistance!
