Got me to thinking... 200

If the coolant is ancient, then assume that the cyl. head is being eaten away at the back edge of the #4 cylinder. If this is the case, 200K miles is lucky (seen them fail at 139K miles with this problem). If the coolant has been replaced and maintained, well, then 500K to 1M miles are very realistic with a properly maintained engine! Oil related failures on these engines is unheard of unless the oil wasn't changed often enough.
