windshield molding 200

Does anyone know if you can remove the outside windshield molding without messing the molding up or the window up? i have a leak that is running down over the fuse block, but the windshield is in fine shape. I already ran a bead of silicon cauk up the a pillar and it still leaks, i think it is leaking down in the driver side bottom corner, which icant get to from the inside wihtout removing the dash. Any ideas?
