Hi Randy,

I'm glad to to hear the good news, and that I was able to be of some help.

If that relay had buzzed sooner, I'd have been more "positive" about the 25 Amp supply. Guess the ECU didn't get enough voltage try grounding the relay — or more likely it did, but cranking noise masked the relay buzz. Then the ground jumper on the relay and lack of other noise made the buzzing more apparent.

Seems like the LH2.2 ECUs seldom fail on that relay ground like some LH2.4s do, but I felt that trying the back-probed ground was worth a shot, diagnostically at least.
