Thanks for the tips Ken.

There is one flat spots on one of the rims, but it will hold air and balance I'm told. There seems to be some corrosion on the back of the face of the wheels, wierd and spotty almost like some kind of bacteria? Anywayz I'll give those chemicals a shot and scuff em with that stuff. So you don't recommend a coat of primer or two before paint - the epoxy won't come off worth crap? I'm also gonna clear coat them after paint too.
