1991 240 Wagon Idle Issues - 200

HEY GUYS - 1991 240 Wagon - Automatic

My car is idling weird. When I start it up it idles high and then backs down to close to the normal idle rate but then when I put it in drive or reverse it idles back up really high, not so high its winding out but alot higher than it should be. When I let off the brake to go forward it takes off. I could probably go 15-20 mph on flat pavement without giving it any gas. Anybody have any idea on what I should do? How do I adjust the idle down some? I did clean the Throttle Body last week. I dont know if this is related. Thanks for any advice.
