Sagging rear or oversprung front? Cheap rear shock suggestions? 700

Hello all,
Back on a student budget now, so my front shock replacement consisted of just swapping in a pair of good used 780 struts, springs and all. Now the front's sitting high and the rear looks really low. The struts I put in were from a turbo (not v6) 780. The spring cross-sectional diameter appears the same as the original, at least to within a few tenths of a millimeter. I'm wondering if the springs are making all of that difference, or if it's partly because the rear is actually getting too soft and it's exaggerated by the stiffer front. I am going to replace the rear shocks - they need it - but I doubt the spring value provided by the gas charge in a fresh set will make much difference to the actual ride height, will it? And any suggestions for dirt-cheap rear shocks that aren't complete crap?
Thanks!

-Chris
