Need help STAT with getting off Crankshaft pulley! 200 1983

I'm trying to get the timing belt changed on my 240 DL. The manual says to "...remove the flywheel access cover and wedge large screwdriver between teeth of starter ring gear and the transmission case." My problem is I have no idea where the "flywheel access cover" is! Can someone help me find it and help me make sure I put the screwdriver in the right place?! Thanks.
