Jumpy idle and emission test 700 1988

If the idle improved by doing a partial throttle body cleaning then it's probably time to actually remove it and do a thorough job. You really can't do a very good job just spraying cleaner into the throttle body. It's not too hard to just take it off and scrub it out really good.
