220 WAGON REAR DIFF 120-130 1966

Hi,
I am finally sorting through the wagon I bought from Karl this spring.

When I hooked the driveshaft up, I can spin the driveshaft and the differential does not turn the wheels.

On stands, however, the wheels spun do turn the driveshaft.

Is this a matter of something internal I must adjust or am I looking at getting a new differential in there? If this is the case I have a few to choose from -

1) from my '67 122. Looks like it would bolt right in, but that could only happen when that car finally rusts to pieces
2) From a 1967 1800S - will it fit?
3) from a 1970 1800E - I realize I would have to convert the front to the new bolt pattern but rear discs are always nice
4) from a 1964 544 I am parting out

Can anyone offer any advice?
