my uncle has a 1997 964 the car was purchased about 2 years ago. it was a 1 owner car and dealer maintained. it has about 80 k on the odo. it had a 77 k service from the dealership before purchase. for the pass few months the car ran great and still does, but there is something about it that bothers my uncle. he doesnt drive it everyday, he lives in the city so he walks to work. he uses it on his daays off to go shopping, etc...well the problem is on a cold morning the car doesnt start on the first try, usually starts on the second try. it isnt a major problem but hes going on vacation and he is gonna give me the car to work on. what should i look for? i searched the faq's and the board, dont really know what to focus on, other then it not starting on the first try theres nothing wrong with it. but since hes leaving, he wanted me to take a look at it. where do i start?
