92 240 rough start and running while cold/wet. How to search messages? arghhhhh 200

(Sorry guys, I LOVE this site, great information, but I find it very frustrating to search past postings. When I use the function called "Search this Forum" all it seems to allow me to do is to search by username (whereas I want to search by subject). And if I use the search function at the top of the screen, I get all kinds of responses from forums I'm not interested in! WHat am I doing wrong?)

My 92 240 is hard to start when cold and wet, and stalls at corners etc. When it warms up, after about 5-10 minutes, it seems to run fine. I'm going to replace the fuel pump relay, which seems to be prescribed for most similar ailings. I also have a new crank position sensor that I could try. I've checked the spark plugs, distributor cap (not the rotor, but I assume it's fine since it was replaced at the same time as the cap, by previous owner, along with plug wires), air box is ok, I replaced the coil with a good used one. Had the fuel filter recently replaced.

I'm sure this question has been asked 100 times, hence my desire to use the search engine, but I have only had frustrating attempts doing so....

Cheers.
