2.1 + LH 1.0 starting problem 200 1982

I have an 82 245 2.1 with the elusive LH 1.0 injection. Currently it will not run, and cranks but I don't get the feeling it's firing. I've checked for voltage at the main pump (replaced 10 months ago) and had + voltage while starting. I also checked for spark with a timing light at the coil and #1 plug and get consistent spark. I have also jumpered the main pump before and during starting (I hear it run but the engine still dosen't fire).

The last maintenance I did was an oil change less than 3 weeks ago (<400mi). Just oil, oil filter and air filter replaced. It's holding oil and I don't see any drip spots. I have also had a recent issue with the passenger side parking light fuse going out [#14] (which also takes out the instrument panel lights/buzzer) I've replaced the fuse twice and it burns out as soon as I turn on the lights while the engine is running (when it was running).

My initial guess was either the main pump or timing belt but both seem to be operating fine. While trying to start, the engine sounds like it has very little load (starter cranking fast) as if a loss of compression?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
