Now that I'm back in Rhode Island.... 200 1988

Hey guys,
Now that I'm back in Rhode Island, I got the opporitunity to look at my '88 244 that's been sitting in my mother's driveway for the past 2 months. After getting a fresh battery for it, the engine kept turning and turning and turning but not starting. I noticed that when I was indeed starting the car, I heard a buzzing where the floormats meet the "cover-up carpet" that covers up the floor vents, wires and such. Sure enough, when I pulled this carpet back, one of the relays was buzzing while trying to start the car up. This relay was located literally right above the top part of the passanger side floor mat...It's an '88 so I'm assuming it's a fuel pump relay?
