960 no start 900 1993

My mom drove her 93' 960 home the other day and then in the morning the car wouldn't start, no cranking over and no clicking.

I cheaked the wires on the starter and I am getting 12v on the red wire but the pink/blue wire from the ignition switch is getting no power. I have been looking at the wiring diagrams but I have no clue where to go next to find out why I am getting no power the the wire.

I ran a wire from the battery to the starter and the engine turns over then so I know that the starter is good but if anyone knows where I sure look from here please let me know.
