SKF strut mounts

Hi all.
i recieved a set of strut mounts i ordered today.
the box says SKF made in france, the bearings are GMB made in korea.
is this the norm?
im putting them in either way as the struts in the new/old 83 turbo look like they are going to come through the hood, may not last another week as the rubber material has seperated from the bearing/race and peeled back like a banana.
just thought i would throw it out there.
thanks
mike
