no start 1985 245 200

Hello all
Yesterday morning my 245 decided it did not want to come to work with me. The battery is fine and it seems to be getting a spark. I used my trusty spare fuel pump relay and checked the 25 amp fuse under the hood. The fuel pump is about 2 years old it was replaced by the PO's mechanic. I crept to the back of the under belly and spoted a few wires hanging down. Now due to the fact that i hadn't enough time to fully investigate I'm wondering if these suspect wires could be the the cause or am i to hopeful for that easy cure, as always any input from the fine people of brickboard is greatly apreciated.
