Door Panel Removal---Window off track 200 1984

I have a few questions I didn't see in my FAQ search regarding the driver's side door panel (my window fell off the track. I have power windows). I'm a little stumped on removing the door handle. I have the map pocket off, the door knob off, and the three screws horizontally along the arm rest are out. Where I'm stuck is where the top of door handle mounts to panel (next to top-left portion of speaker, with the silver trim piece surrounding it. I can't figure out how it's attached...and don't want to force anything risking breakage.

Since we're on the subject, once I'm in the door are there any helpful tips from anyone as far as re-securing the window? I have the regulator down all the way, assuming this is correct. Thanks for anyone's prompt reply.
