In Tank Filter? 140-160

Sounds like my problem! Mph is a little different, but the symptoms are the same. I am really starting to think that the problem lies within the lines or the tank, because after installing a working pump and trying to start it and getting no results, I pulled the pump, checked the lines, and fuel had not even reached the pump. How much air pressure would be needed to unclog the lines? I have a tiny little compressor, that has enough pressure to pump up car tires, maybe enough?
