Three 'classic' 900 nuisance noises: Can you relate? 900

I'm on my second 945, and both have had the exact same, irritating noises.

Can you identify with any of these, and were you able to fix them?

1) High pitched squeak/squeal in steering wheel when making full revolutions in COLD weather

2) Constant rattle in door release mechanism, instantly stopped by putting tension on the release handle

3) Constant buzz near lens on instrument cluster that appears only at high RPMs (ie., cruising at about 80 with no overdrive)

I won't get into the more obvious ones....brake pedal squeak, glove box door rattle, tailgate trim panel...which are pretty clear on how to fix.
