high beam foot switch replacement 120-130 1967

Hello Danny:

Your understanding of the foot dipper switch is correct. Sheetmetal retainers clip through square holes from the underside of the firewall. Nuts reside in the retainers and two bolts pass through a three-wire setup switch. Everyone swears to go with the turn stalk setup but - sorry - I love stomping on that dipper switch with my foot. I drive these cars for the visceral experience, not convenience. Honda makes a nice automatic for that.

The folks at www.swedishtreasures.com sold me my switch and other than a very small modification to the angle of the wire connectors it went in beautifully. You might want to give them a call at 866-637-3840 to see if they will sell you the retainers and bolts. I seem to recall I might have paid extra for them so they might sell them separately.

At some point I do need to spray my bottom with new undercoating. Alas.

Cheers,

Jeff Pucillo
