I had an idea. There's a jumper plug near the console that bypasses the Neutral Safety switch (cuz stick cars don't have one!)

Cut the jumper wire and wire it into a hidden switch, or an obvious (but mis-marked) one in the console. The starter solenoid won't kick in until the switch is flipped.
