renewing fuel injectors 200 1993

I have a 1993, 145k miles, 245 non-turbo volvo, and i am thinking about cleaning and replacing parts (o-rings?) for my injectors. The car idles a bit rough for the first minute, and the injectors have never been touched. I just ran my first bottle of Techron to help clean them.
Is there a website which tells/shows how to disconnect and renew the injectors. My old Volvo books and VADIS don't show it, and so far Google hasn't helped.
