An ELECTRICAL NO START PROBLEM...1967 122S automatic 120-130 1967

So my thought was something Ron just mentioned!

To those in the know, could her shift linkage be out of position
causing the car not to do as automatics a made to do???

Lynn,
Have you tried starting the car in netrual or even in gear???
Be careful as the car will take off forward (or backwards) should this
be the problem and the car actually starts.

I am guessing there is a switch or relay that
has to be in position that works with the linkage
on the automatics.

If you can clarrify for Ron I am sure he can help
as can several others here!
Have you actually pulled a plug to see if there
is spark?
OR
Does it actually crank the engine and just not fire up?

cheers,

Karl
