Volvo 240 DL Resurrection - Trying to get it in tip top condition again - Any ideas? 200

I have a 1990 240 DL that has been sitting for about 8-10 months with little or no driving. I know...I shouldn't have let it sit. It seems to run fine last time I started it a month ago but I want to do anything I can to avoid problems when driving it now on a regular basis.

The battery was dead and I have it charging. Will replace if necessary.

What does anyone recommend to get this running in top shape again? Among other things you suggest, I plan to:

Change the oil and oil filter.

Replace the gas.

Replace air filter.

New plugs.

Spray the rotors/brakes with brake cleaner to get any rust off?

Anything else?
