Rough idle in drive after warmup 900 1993

I just started driving the 944 yesterday after it has been parked for 9 months. It starts and runs fine but when it warms up after a few miles the engine idle gets really rough at a stop with the tranny in 'Drive'. If I shift back into 'Neutral' the car smooths out. It seems to have a slight off idle miss that clears up almost immediately when revved in 'Park or 'Neutral', but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong under load.

The IAC and throttle body were cleaned prior to parking and idling has not been an issue. I've checked the facts, but could not find anything specific to this problem. Has anyone else had this experience?
