I'll Fix the d@#^ tail-lights myself then...

I should have added that before I tried any of this, I tried replacing the gaskets and the bulb sockets and almost all the bulbs (some were nearly new) before I tried anything.
I also spent like an hour with the door channel open sliding the harness back and forth and was unable to find anything that would make or prevent a short.

So, this is my next attempt. Once I tried to test for continuity and I think that I must have left something connected (maybe the lighting switch? haha) and got continuity on a lot of circuits. That's my error though - in fact, I don't remember doing it well. That was a couple of months ago... blegh.

And I found out I have to catch up on my reading for my history class because I have to do a critique of like 3 chapters (130+ pages) next friday. Looks like it's getting post-poned.

Thanks for the ideas,
-Will
