Wind noise 200

I've had this problem for a while but it's always taken a back-seat to my other car-concerns thus far: at around 60 mph a rushing noise that seems to emminate from the drivers door, and the drivers door only, begins.

It's annoying.

I've read in the past that older doors, for some reason, made more noise/had this problem. True? Because I've got a hunch that my drivers door has been replaced.

Any ideas? My '93 is one of the noisiest cars ever, with little rattles and squeaks all over the place. I thought at least I could take care of the deafening roar when I'm cruising at 85mph.
