woohoo! strut brace came in and so did my swaybar bushing kit! 200 1989

Wow, I'm a bit surprised by how light the Cherry Turbo brace is that I got from iPd! Also, the tubing diameter is pretty thin--the brace looks big and beefy in the pics I've seen online and in the iPd catalog. It's quite small and light. It actually looks pretty cool even though I was thinkinh about getting an OMP, which has some flash to it :P But after much thought and hearing so many good things about the CT brace, I decided to get it (iPd's recent 15% discount was an incentive as well).

I also ordered the chrome iPd logo that has the "by" with it. I've seen some of you guys have the iPd logo with the Swedish flag on it (like in the catalog). I think the chrome one will look nice on the brace "plate." What's cool is that the guy threw the logo gratis! Coooool!

So anyhow, the brace looks simple enough to install even without the instruction that came with it. But I was wondering is it as straight forward as it seems? Remove three bolts on each side and put brace on, then put the bolts back on? That simple? Anything I should know so I don't come across any surprises?

I also have the front bushing kit for my front 25mm bar. It came with this pukey green sticky stuff inside a film canister. What is that for? Should I install the swaybar FIRST and then the strut brace SECOND? Or can I install the brace FIRST? I plan to have my indie shop put the bar on since I plan to have my motor mounts changed as well.
