High idle (1985 245 Wagon 2.3 liter) 200

I had idle at 1000 rpm with the black screw all the way in first.
Then I cleaned the whole throttle body, idle control valve, pcv valve,
all air intake nipples, re installed everything now I have very high idle.
Its like at 2000 rpm. I crimped the hose going to the idle control valve
the cars idle went down very low below 400 rpm. When I was cleaning the
idle valve I turned it with a screw driver and seemed to not turn easy.
Also the copper pin sensor in the breather box was open half way letting
cool air and warm air into the intake. I put a rachet extension in the
idle air control hose and put it back onto the air intake tube and the
idle went down to 700 rpms. What should I do to fix this ?
