122 vent window seal question 120-130 1965

Hey guys. New to the forum. Question about '65 122 front vent window seal replacement... I read the previous post on the same issue... concerning removing the 4 shaped frame.... but try as I may I cannot seem to free it from the door. Do I have to take the door apart? It seems to be held in by the three screw on the top of the door, which I removed, the one bolt accessed through the circular cut out in the face of the door, which I also removed... and the rest has me scatching my head and cursing. Is there one I'm missing? An invisible one? The magic bolt? I don't have a shop manual. Not yet. Soon. Any one have any tips aside from "buy the manual already"? Thanks!
